Q: What is an E-Notary or Remote Online Notary?
E-Notary allows your documents to be notarized virtually through a secure online video session — no in-person meeting required.
Q: Is E-Notary legal in New York?
Yes. As of 2023, Remote Online Notarization is legal in New York and accepted for most document types.
Q: What do I need for an online notary session?
A government-issued ID, stable internet connection, a webcam, and a quiet space. You’ll receive a secure link to complete the session.

Q: Are you a licensed officiant in New York?
Yes, I am a registered Marriage Officiant in the State of New York.
Q: Can you perform elopements or courthouse-style weddings?
Absolutely! I specialize in intimate weddings, quick ceremonies, and elopements — in-person or at a location of your choice.
Q: Do we need a marriage license before the ceremony?
Yes. You must obtain a valid marriage license from the City Clerk’s office at least 24 hours before your ceremony.
Q: Do you provide a customized ceremony script?
Yes! I offer personalized or standard ceremony scripts based on your preferences.

Q: How do I book your services?

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and credit/debit card are accepted. A deposit will be required for wedding bookings.
Q: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date if rescheduled.
